Happy earth
We believe we must play an active role in preserving the foundation for all true happy moments - a healthy and happy earth creating a greener future and taking social responsibility.
We will never be fully happy humans if we don’t have a happy earth and our most challenging problems cannot be solved by government and nonprofits alone.
The leading goal for Goodiebox is to be Co2 neutral in 2023 and Co2 negative in 2025.
The forest by Goodiebox
It is a forest. Our own forest. Growing to a total of 300.000 trees.
It is located in Denmark between the cities Herning and Silkeborg in Jutland. At the moment the forest is approximately 35% existing trees and 65% newly planted trees.
To accomplish our very ambitious goal of CO2 negativity in 2025 we have invested in ‘The Forest by Goodiebox’.
A total of 300.000 trees
From 2021 to 2023 we will establish close to 100 hectares of forest. That’s the same as 1.000.000 m2 or roughly 247 acres. That is approximately 200.000 new trees and 100.000 existing trees covering an area of almost 150 football fields.
During 2022 we also plan to open our forest by Goodiebox for our members, so they can visit and see the trees and experience the positive impact on CO2 all our members have helped create together with us
