As you know we’re all about giving you happy moments, and when we’re talking ‘happy’, then we simply can’t overlook mental health!

Well, hello there, Mindfulness by Goodiebox 🧘‍♀️

 

Mindfulness is pretty great. It can decrease stress, anxiety, inflammation and even strengthen your memory and ability to focus. That’s something we would like to bring into your life and our own for that matter. Especially the ability to focus, oh look, a squirrel!

So, together with our mindfulness teacher Mari Orkenyi, we’ve created online mindfulness sessions that you can access and listen to in our member universe. They’re guided by Mari and all you need is around 10-20 minutes in a quiet area where you can listen to the audios. (This is where earplugs or noise canceling headphones come in handy 😏).
